- Practical skills in effective communication, art of presentation, acquiring presentation skills - Assertive communication, neuro-linguistic programming, non-verbal communication, rhetorics - Knowledge of presentation skills, work with materials, effective personal preparation - Performance, communication with audience, managing critical situations, evaluation
