Course content

The course focuses on the design of mass-producible functional products for various areas industrial production. The focus of this semester is the use of the acquired knowledge and skills to develop a bachelor thesis, solved in cooperation with a manufacturing company. The student is systematically guided to create the structure of the theoretical part of the thesis in close connection with the actual design solution, including the realization of a spatial model or prototype. The acquired competences will enable the student to act as a member of a design team. Part of the teaching is the participation of students in domestic and foreign workshops, symposia, excursions, exhibitions, fairs and events focused on the field.
