Course content
1. Project assignment, discussion, selection of two topics. 2. Analysis of competing design solutions. 3. Specification of the target group, objectives of the work, and means of achieving them. 4. Initial sketches, at least five fundamentally different variants for each project. 5. Elaboration of selected variant solutions in drawing form. 6. Initial 3D models. 7. Ergonomic study, dimensional drawing. 8. Finalization of the final 3D model. 9. Selection of suitable materials and production technologies, preparation of materials for the production of a physical model or prototype. 10. Production of a model or prototype - consultation on the development. 11. Production of a model or prototype - finalization. 12. Verification of the functional and visual aspects of the prototyped design, modifications to the model or prototype. 13. Preparation of the final presentation for the defense of the semester work.
