Course content
1. Theory of stitches, general division of stitches 2. Hand stitches, their meaning, function, use and division (auxiliary, serging, joining and decorative) 3. Theory of seams, types of seams according to general features, according to their location on the garment 4. Theory of seams, types of seams according to their function, purpose and method of creation 5. Seam tab adjustment, seam tabs (thick and thin materials) 6. Thermoforming process, terminology 7. Technique and technology of the thermoforming process 8. Parameters of ironing, its division and application 9. Correct identification and inclusion of intermediate ironing in the garment manufacturing process and its importance 10. Factors influencing ironing results 11. Taping of garment components, its importance and application 12. Thermoforming process differences between individual, small batch and mass production 13. The thermoforming process and its application to knitted products
