Course content
|
1) Presentation of basic tendencies in the field of art criticism; Issues of subjectivity, intersubjectivity and objective evaluation in the interpretation of works of art. 2) General overview of the state of art criticism in the Czech Republic and in Europe. The influence of professional books, catalogs, art periodicals and social networks on the tendencies of contemporary art, the work of authors and the work of galleries. 3) Examples of events in the world of art and their reflection by art criticism.
