1. Introduction to the subject: brief historical development of tourism, landmark events, trends 2. Defining cultural tourism, its position in relation to tourism, and organizational background 3. Terminology, measurement, and evaluation of cultural tourism 4. Social science context of cultural tourism 5. Organizational tools and procedures on the supply side 6. Evaluation of the potential of cultural tourism (attractiveness, stakeholders) 7. Multiplier effects of the economic potential of cultural attractions 8. Marketing management of cultural tourism destinations 9. Cultural tourism product 10. Cultural routes, EHMK - examples of cultural products 11. The guide as a mediator of cultural contacts 12. Organizational tools and procedures on the demand side 13. Segmentation of cultural tourism target groups, consumer behavior, motivation
