Course content

1. Crash course - footwear: what is involved in designing and manufacturing footwear. "If you haven't made shoes in Zlín, you haven't lived." A model situation illustrating what the work of a footwear designer entails (from design to craftsmanship). Developing a footwear concept, including empathy, business model, and communication of the product itself. Combining traditional and innovative approaches in product design and implementation. This crash course continues throughout the academic year in courses I and II, from theory to practice/implementation - continuation of the project and development of the concept. 2. "Crash course" - processing of selected materials and application of selected technologies 3. "Crash course" - innovative approaches and trends in the field 4.
