Course content
1. Introduction to the topic of CCI in Europe (definition and delimitation of CCI, the concept of CCI in EU countries, perception of CCI in EU institutions) 2. Possibilities for financing CCI from the EU budget, European added value (e.g. Creative Europe, Recovery Plan, Horizon Europe, EIC, etc.) 3. Cross-border cooperation (including Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs), platforms, and networking 4. New European Bauhaus 5. Examples of good practiceCCIs in Europe (specific EU projects, hubs, creative centers, etc.) 6. The Czech Republic and CCIs 7. Lecture by an external guest - EU institution (European Commission, European Parliament, etc.) 8. Visit to an institution in the Czech Republic (e.g. KUMST/JIC) combined with a workshop 9. Trip to EU institutions - visits to the European Commission and European Parliament, visits to creative centers 10. Business and innovation potential of CCIs (how to measure and evaluate creativity, creativity & entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, the ABCs of creative entrepreneurship) 11. How to obtain funds from the EU budget - specific example: invite representatives from Creative Europe, from the European Commission - specific example: successful applicant New European Bauhaus, cross-border project - Zdeňka Kujová 12. The emergence of creative centers, hubs, and clusters in Europe - specific examples, consulting - guest Lia Ghilardi 13. Presentation of Czech creativity/culture abroad - Jitka Pánek Jurková, presentation of own project & discussion - submission of project to European experts
