Course content
Course syllabus: - What all is visual communication - Useful graphics programs or what is worth buying and learning to use - How shapes and colors work - Figure, sign, symbol - Fonts and text signs and symbols in museum exhibitions - Orientation in public space - maps and orientation diagrams - Basics of typography - Promotional materials - posters, flyers - Publications - guides and catalogs - Basics of polygraphy - how to implement a printed publication - Issues of electronic publishing - Virtual and augmented reality and its use in museum and gallery practice - Means of communication between museums and visitors
