Course content
The aim of the course is to present the basic procedures and processes that are necessary for the preparation, implementation and subsequent distribution of an animated work. The course introduces students to the distribution of staffs, production and communication specifics of animated film. The seminar also introduces the principles of preparation and implementation of applications for financial support from public sources (eg State Fund for Cinematography, Filmtalent Zlín Endowment Fund, VAF, etc.), will focus on presentations (pitchings) at home and international and will present opportunities for distribution of the work (cinema, TV, VOD, etc.). In the first semester, the practical part will emphasize the preparation and implementation of pitching of the assigned animated film.
