Course content
Learning the basics of the work of a location sound recordist during the recording of contact sound (individual devices - practical tests) and of a sound editor on post-production equipment in DAW_AVID_PROTOOLS, following with work on the OSX system. Emphasis is placed on communication with the editor and the director in all parts of production. Students will use their knowledge mainly in the implementation of basic first-year exercises and individual field of study exercises, which focus on the basics of editing and using FX processing in a DAW. - the basics of communication and work of a location sound recordist while recording contact sound (individual devices - practical tests) - MAC (OSX) platform vs. Windows - basic knowledge of the DAW - AVID_PROTOOLS.
