Specific topics: o revenues from own film distribution and other use of the license o estimating the yield of a particular film o marketing inputs of the producer o the international trade environment o work of a sales agent o marketing, PR, product sales o sales agent and specifics and types of sales Practical exercises: o joint interdisciplinary exercises o development of a Master's Project

The course unit serves to deepen the basic information about the production of audiovisual work, the audiovisual environment, and the production system in the Czech Republic, which the student acquired during the course of Bachelor's studies.

The student is able to analyze the differences between the production of a feature film, a television show, animation and advertising. The student is able to independently assemble a crew, prepare an AVD production, prepare a planned costing for each genre, and is able to lead and organize a crew. The student is familiar with the basic legislation of the local audiovisual industry. The student understands the technical script. The student can prepare basic production documents. The student can prepare a production budget. The student understands and can explain the organization of a shoot.
