Course content
In the course unit, individually and in groups, we practice other forms and forms of approach to the creation of AV works. The student will learn the means and technical specifications of individual AV technologies. We deepen our work with all the means that lead to a qualitative shift in the processing of dramatic material and relate to the following topics: premise, scene construction, sequence, fabula suspense, principles of gradation. The output of the course is a finished screenplay of a Bachelor's practical project. The content of the course is adapted to the individual needs of individual projects, depending on the type and kind of selected AV form. The expected focus will be mainly on practical training in the following areas: - Staging methods and procedures - Directing approaches to the construction of the scene (perspective, dominance, action, and feeling, etc.) - Scene shooting (procedures for different types of scenes, series and coordinates of shots, etc.) - Shooting action in terms of collaboration with a cameraman - Working with time within a scene (gradation, the extension of tension, etc.) - Film space as a meaning-creating element of the scene - Light as a means of expression All partial exercises and etudes are also used to practice writing accompanying texts for the script (synopsis, annotation, treatment, explanation) and to practice creating technical screenplays.
