A Diploma Project is composed as a short film, animated film or a project which meets partial components of a larger composition - as an animated film (e.g. concept art with animation tests, character animation and a study composed as a compact piece.) It is an indispensable part of the course unit and the Diploma Project realisation to build a film crew and organise its work from within and out. 1. Project production and its organisation - creating a crew, the shooting plan. 2. Animatics - individual phases of animation.
