Course content
|
1. Introduction, current changes in legislation and documentation. 2. Plan of tactical exercise in the area of intervention of the basic components of the IZS (preparation, processing, presentation as a semester project). 3. Meteorology, obtaining data on the ground weather situation, spread of pollutants in the environment, models of the spread and escape of pollutants. 4. Individual and collective protection, means and materials, improvised means., hygienic cleaning of persons, means and methods in the conditions of the Czech Fire and Rescue Service. 5. Floods, flood conditions, management of activities in emergency and crisis situations. 6. Safe stay in an infested area, regime measures and their fulfillment. 7. Place and role of economic measures for crisis situations in the security system of the Czech Republic, powers of crisis management authorities in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 8. System of emergency economy and system of economic mobilization. 9. Use of state material reserves, construction and maintenance of necessary infrastructure, system of regulatory measures 10. Information support of economic measures for crisis situations, planning material resources to ensure the security of the Czech Republic, requiring material resources in crisis situations. 11. Humanitarian aid for the affected and disabled population during extraordinary events. 12. Preparation, organization, implementation and evaluation of tactical and screening exercises. 13. Practical training at the City Hall of Zlín and KÚ Zlín in the area of population protection.
