Topics taught: 1. Introduction to computer control systems. 2. Issues of HW and SW equipment of computer control systems. 3. Security of computer control systems. 4. Cyber and information security and its importance in the implementation of public protection. 5. The role of modern ICT in the population protection management system. 6. Information systems in population protection. 7. Database systems. 8. Data modelling for the needs of information management in population protection. 9. Requirements and tasks of computerised management systems in population protection. 10. JSVV - unified warning and notification system as a tool of information support for population protection. 11. SW and HW support for population protection. 12. Case study of the application of computerised management systems in population protection. 13. Design of computerised control systems in population protection.
