Course content

1. Introduction to the study of the subject, definition of IRS issues in the context of the characteristics of the security environment and the security system of the Czech Republic. 2. Constitution and establishment of the IRS as a coordinated procedure of its components in the preparation for emergencies and in the implementation of rescue and liquidation work. 3. Legislative framework of IRS. 4. Planning process in IRS. 5. Information system and communication in IRS. 6. Permanent bodies for coordination of IRS units. 7. IRS and state administration and self-government bodies. 8. Basic components of IRS, HZS ČR, fire protection units included in the area coverage of the region by fire protection units. 9. The Police of the Czech Republic as a basic component of the IRS, the place and tasks in the implementation of its mission. 10. Providers of emergency medical services - place and role as basic components of IRS. 11. IRS documentation in relation to the procedures of cooperation of its individual components. 12. Exercises and collaborative exercises in IRS. 13. Application of modern technologies in IRS. 14. Current issues of IRS activities and its individual components at the regional level - with the involvement of important experts from practice in the teaching process.

Další rozvoj stávajících znalostí, studijních dovedností, schopností využívat mezipředmětových vazeb. |
