Course content
1. Basic concepts of logistics, logistics indicators, economics of logistics; 2. Lead time, lead time planning tools; 3. Standardization of material and time consumption, capacity; 4. Flow management, inventory analysis; 5. Determining the size of the lots; 6. Purchase logistics; 7. Planning material needs, forecasting demands; 8. Pre-production preparation, planning and production management; 9. Theory of constraints and its use in logistics; 10. Logistics of storage and handling; 11. Transport, distribution logistics; 12. Level of logistics services, customer services; 13. Lean concept; 14. Dynamic simulation and risks in logistics.
