| Interpretovat základní ekonomické informace o podniku (výnosy, náklady, výsledek) a vyvodit závěry pro řízení. Zpracovat kalkulaci nákladů a ceny a provést analýzu bodu zvratu pro vybrané produkty/služby. Posoudit vhodnost zdrojů financování a navrhnout základní financovací mix s ohledem na riziko a náklady kapitálu. Provést základní analýzu hospodářské činnosti podniku (ukazatele, cíle, efektivita) a formulovat doporučení. Připravit jednoduchý investiční návrh a vyhodnotit investici z pohledu přínosů, nákladů a rizik. |
