Course content
1. Introduction, basic concepts and terminology of project management 2. Phases of the project life cycle, logical framework of the project 3. Definition of project management in the organization 4. Project planning: creation of WBS, using selected tools and techniques. 5. Project planning: time, network analysis methods (CPM, PERT) 6. Project planning: human resources, material, equipment 7. Project planning: project costs, project budget preparation 8. Project planning: project risk management, scoring method with risk map, RIPRAN method 9. Stakeholders of the project 10. Project implementation: roles and responsibilities of project team members 11. Project implementation: competence of the project manager 12. Control and monitoring of the project, project completion, evaluation 13. Use of ICT to support project management 14. Introduction to project management standards (IPMA, PMBOK)
