Course content
The main topics: 1. New trends in human resources management; 2. Managerial competencies for human resource management; 3. Effective planning, recruitment and selection of personnel; 4. Personal marketing; 5. Employee orientation process in the company; 6. Factors affecting work performance; 7. Knowledge management; 8. Performance management and job evaluation; 9. Effective wage policy, methods and tools of performance remuneration; 10. Personnel risks of organization and employee care; 11. Personnel controlling and reporting; 12. Release and dismissal of employees; 13. The ethical dimension of management and its specifics in the field of human resources management.
