Course content
1. Basic definitions, energy and material flows. 2. Ecological aspects of the production of basic chemicals and their impact on the environment. 3. Principles and impacts of mineral processing and heavy industry on the environment. 4. Principles and environmental impacts of the petrochemical industry. 5. Biotechnology in the context of the environment. 6. Liquid decontamination technology. 7. Technology of disposal of solid waste and its further use. 8. Technologies for reducing gaseous pollutants in the environment. 9. Responsible management of material resources in the context of the circular economy. 10. Evaluation of environmentally significant pollutants of inorganic origin.
