Lectures and seminars: - Development of midwifery as a scientific discipline, structuring the conceptual apparatus, metaparadigm of the field - 3 h - Regulatory system of midwife practice, legal aspects of midwifery care - 2 h - Standards, recommended procedures, audit, quality of care provided in midwifery - 2 h - European Health Care Strategy and Midwifery Concept - 3 h - Midwifery Paradigm - 2 h - Conceptual models of various authors and their use in midwifery - 2 h - Midwifery care models: Wiedenbach, Merzer and Bernard conceptual models - 2 h - Multicultural dimension in midwifery, KM Leininger - 2 h - Multicultural society - implications for midwife health services. Cultural aspects in midwifery. Multicultural society in the Czech Republic. Ethnocentrism and its consequences in midwifery care - 2 h - Significant religious rituals in relation to woman, pregnant woman, childbirth, dying and death - 2 h
