Lectures: - Psychology as a science and practice - subject, position in the system of sciences, psychological disciplines - 1 hour - History of psychology (pre-scientific and scientific period, important milestones in the formation of psychology as a science, important schools of thought - asocianism, psychophysics, gestaltpsychologie, etc.) - 1 hour. - Main psychological movements of the 20th century (behaviorism, psychoanalysis, humanistic psychology) - 1 hour - Methodology of psychology - specific nature of psychic phenomena, possibilities of knowledge and use of methods (observation, interview, questionnaire, etc.). Research in psychological sciences (research objective, questions, sample, methods, variables and concepts: hypothesis, validity, reliability, falsification, verification), principles of presentation of psychological results - 2 hours - Determination of ´psyche´ (biological, social factors, learning processes, self-development, etc.). Determination of mental disorders and abnormalities - 2 hours - Mental functions, processes, states and properties - in norm and pathology (consciousness, perception, attention, imagination - imagination - creativity, memory, learning, thinking - metacognition - decision - problem solving, speech, language, emotions and emotional experiences). CNS disorders (neuropsychology) and diagnosis of disorders and disorders (psychologists) and non-psychologists) - 2 hours - Personality (personality structure and dynamics, personality theory, biological and social determination, motivation, intelligence - abilities - talents, traits, character, will) - 2 hours - The concept of human normality, the concept of mental and physical health. Quality of life, methods of strengthening health and psychosomatic health disorders. Basic classification of mental and behavioral disorders, social perception - defense mechanisms - 2 hours - Personality - methods of cognition, personality assessment and mistakes in personality assessment. Formation of personality in difficult life situations - 2 hours
