Course content
- Anatomical, physiological, and pathological bases of the wound-healing process - 1 hour - Factors which affect healing of wounds, exudative, proliferative, and diferential wound-healing - 1 hour - Assessing the condition of a wound as to its origin, scale, depth, dimensions, edges and bottom of the wound, the nature of exudation, localization and age of the wound, proliferation of pathogens - documentation - 2 hour - Modern materials and methods of healing wounds - indication, way of application - 2 hour - Disinfection rinsing and compressing solutions - indication and application - 1 hour - Using modern therapeutical materials, methods and rinsing solutions for healing wounds in gynecology and obstetrics - 3 hour - Education of patients with a nonhealing wound - 1 hour
