Course content
- Basis of inheritance. Mendels genetics, genetic interaction, different forms of inheritance, epigenetics - 5 hours - Basis of the clinical cytogenetics - 5 hours - Congenital developmental disorders, their classification and etiology - 5 hours - Methods of molecular biology and genetics using in clinical medicine. Mutagenic and teratogenic factors during gravidity - 8 hours - Non-invasive and invasive methods of prenatal diagnostics - 2 hours - Genetic counselling. The ethical issues of clinical genetics - 5 hours
