Course content
|
- Basic terms to study (activity, activation, activation as service, activation as therapy). Meaning and principles of client activation in health and social care facilities (1.5 hours). - Activation of children in medical facilities, play therapy. Health clown. Activities for children (1.5 hours). - Activation of seniors. Activation worker. Tools of the activation worker (1.5 hours). - Typology of activation activities. Activation methods. Demonstration of selected activation methods and techniques (3.5 hours): Psychosocial therapy and the basics of expressive therapies (applications to different target groups, bibliotherapy). Basics of ergotherapy and its application in practice (application to different target groups). Art therapy techniques and their application in practice (application to different target groups). Techniques of drama therapy and their application in practice (application to different target groups). Dance and movement therapy and its application in practice (application to different target groups). Techniques of music therapy and their application in practice (application to different target groups). Reminiscence therapy. Zootherapy, canistherapy.
