Course content
Lectures and seminars: - Risk of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, spontaneous miscarriage - differential diagnosis, examination algorithm and therapy. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Hypertensive diseases in pregnancy, pre-eclappsia, eclampsia - differential diagnostics, examination and therapy algorithm, case reports. HELLP syndrome. Hypertensive crisis. Nursing midwife interventions - 4 hours - Metabolic disruption of the organism in connection with hyperemesis. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Blood diseases. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Injuries to the genitals, pelvic and abdominal organs. Nursing interventions midwife - 3 hours - Shock states in obstetrics and gynecology, bleeding, coagulopathy, disseminated intravascular coagulation, embolism, septic shock, anaphylactic shock. Disorders of consciousness. Nursing midwife interventions - 4 hours - Life threatening bleeding - diagnostics, organizational measures, treatment, thrombin test. Nursing interventions midwife - 3 hours - Ectopic pregnancy - differential diagnostics, examination and therapy algorithm, case reports. Nursing care of midwife - 2 hours - Appendicitis and other surgical complications of pregnancy. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Acute childbirth outside the institution - specifics of care during pelvic delivery. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Uterine rupture. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Embolism by amniotic fluid. Nursing midwife interventions - 1 hour - Decompensated kidney and liver diseases. Nursing midwife interventions - 2 hours - Obstetric analgesia and anesthesia, epidural and subarachnoid analgosedation. Nursing midwife interventions - 1 hour
