Course content
- Definition of nutrition, dietology and diet therapy - 1 hour - Nutrition of healthy individuals. Principles of rational nutrition - 2 hour - Healthy diet for disease prevention - 1 hour - Nutrition anamnesis, nutrition diagnostics - 1 hour - Diet system, the main principles of different diet programmes. Alternative nutrition - 2 hour - Parenteral and enteral nutrition - 1 hour - Hospitals - requirements of food hygiene legislation - 1 hour - Specific nutritional requirements of nutrition of women in different age periods - 2 hour - Nutrition of pregnant and lactating women - 1 hour - Nutrition neonates and infants - 2 hour - Breast-feeding, breast milk. Artificial infant formulas. Nutrition for children - 2 hour
