Course content
Lectures: - Anatomy and physiology of reproductive organs- 1 h - Development and differentiations of genital organs, disorders of sexual development, developmental anomalies of genital organs- 1 h - Specific functions of genital organs in different phases of woman´s life- 1 h - Gynaecological endocrinology (ovarian cycle, menstrual cycle, ovarian activity control)- 2 h - Endocrine disorders (diagnostics, clinic and treatment)- 1 h - Examination methods in gynaecology (medical history, bimanual palpation examination)- 1 h - Endoscopic examination methods in gynaecology- 1 h - Imaging examination methods in gynaecology- 1 h - Examination methods in urogynaecology and examination of mammary gland- 1 h - Small invasive diagnostic-therapeutic methods in gynaecology- 1 h Seminars: - Planned parenthood, methods of contraception, modern reproductive medicine- 1 h - Preparation of a woman for gynaecological examination and care after it (first visit of a gynaecologist) - 1 h - Preoperative preparation and postoperative care in gynaecology- 1 h - Care of woman after endoscopic, urogynaecology and small gynaecological procedures- 1 h - Care of a woman with a change of genital position, urinary incontinence- 2 h - Specifics of paediatric gynaecology (the most common problems in childhood) - 1 h - Prevention, dispensarization in gynaecology- 1 h - Injuries of female genitalia (overview of the most frequent injuries, mechanism of the clinic and treatment) - 1 h - Female sexuality (disorders, sexual violence and
