|
-Principles of health and safety at work, Structure of the health-care facility, technical equipment of the nursing units, work organization and systems of care in Midwifery. Medical documentation. -Practical solution of the basic nursing care in Midwifery, patient's needs, medical history, observation of the objective symptoms and medical recording of subjective client's disorders. Observation and medical recording of the basic function of organism. Personal presence on a ward round, exchanging of information about patients, working with medical documentation. Phases of the nursing process. - Sampling of biological material. - Routes of drug administration by different ways. Bandaging technique. Tools care. Sticking to principles of aseption and prevention of nosocomial infection. - Comunication with clients and their close relations. - Work organization and job description of midwives in both gynaecological outpaient facilities and prenatal care and a midwife's private practice. - Job descriptions of midwives at gynaecological ward, specifics of this ward. - Work organization of midwives at delivery room. Equipment of the delivery room. -Admission of the pregnant women to the hospital and their investigations.
