Course content
Seminars: - The structure of the hospital - 2 hours - Hygienic - epidemiological regime of medical facility. Disinfection and sterilization, antisepsis, asepsis, wheelchair access, OBP - 6 hours - Prevention of healthcare-associated infections (nosocomial infections) - 2 hours - Positioning of patients - 2 hours - Prevention of sore and pressure sores, measuring and weighing - 2 hours - Reception, translation and release of the patient - 2 hours - Preoperative and postoperative care - 1 hour Exercises: - Hygiene security of hands in health care - 2 hours - Care of hospital bed, training of patient positioning - 4 hours - Hygienic care for sick children and adults - 8 hours - Materiál Dressing material, types of dressings and dressing - 4 hours. - Measurement of physiological functions - 6 hours - Care for emptying patients - urine and stool excretion - care for incontinent clients, catheterization, enema, stoma - 8 hours - Parenteral and enteral nutrition - care for nutrition and hydration of sick children and adults. Dietotherapy - diet system, digestive tract probing - 4 hours - Perioperative period - patient care during surgery including endoscopic and robotic surgery - 4 hours - Collection of biological material for examination - 8 hours - Pharmacotherapy - drug application, infusion, transfusion therapy - 8 hours - Patient care with drainage, drainage systems - 4 hrs.
