Course content
- Pathophysiological mechanisms of pain - 1 hour - Acute and chronic pain. Pain assessment - 1 hour - Pharmacological management of pain - 1 hour - Non-pharmacological possibilities of pain relief - 1 hour - Evaluation of quality of life, psychosocial issues - 1 hour. - Nurse's contribution to pain management - 1 hour. - Pain ambulance, treatment of pain in hospice care - internship in pain ambulance, in hospice - 1 hour.
