Definition of the terms nutrition, dietetics and diet therapy Nutrition of healthy persons. Principles and principles of rational nutrition. Prevention of disease from the point of view of proper nutrition Nutritional history, nutritional diagnosis Nutrition of persons with selected diseases Dietary system, main principles of individual diets Parenteral and enteral nutrition Breastfeeding Legislative requirements for food hygiene in hospitals, nutritional toxicology Patient education in the field of nutrition Nursing care plan for patients in the field of nutrition care
