Course content
Seminars - Pedagogical competence of a nurse. Mentoring activity. Personality of nurse - teacher / mentor / trainer - 1 hour - Teaching methods with a focus on practical training - classification, characteristics - 1 hour - Student / pupil pedagogical diagnostics, curricula, curriculum - 1 hour - Methodological preparation for practical lessons - 1 hour - Didactic preparation of practical training. Documentation of practical training - 1 hour - Student evaluation criteria. Feedback - 1 hour Practical seminars - Cooperation of educational institution with medical facility, where practice takes place. Cooperation of nurse / mentor / trainer with academic staff - 1 hour - Cooperation with patients (awareness of student practice and their rights, personal data protection) - 1 hour - Communication within a multidisciplinary team, optimal learning environment, problem solving - 1 hour - Preparation of a mentor for practical training (plan). Preparation of student evaluation. Supervision and its importance - 1 hour
