Course content
|
Lectures Somatological-pathological introduction, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the digestive tract. In particular: - Oesophageal diseases (achalasia, oesophageal diverticula, reflux oesophagitis, hiatal hernia, oesophageal varices). - Gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcer. - Biliary colic, cholelithiasis, choledocholithiasis, pancreatitis. - Hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic failure, hepatic encephalopathy. - Enteritis, proctocolitis. - Idiopathic intestinal inflammation. - Polyposis of the digestive tract. Somatological-pathological introduction, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the excretory system. In particular: - Urethritis, cystitis, ureteritis, glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis. - Nephrotic and nephritic syndrome. - Acute renal failure. Somatological-pathological introduction, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the internal environment, eating disorders and diabetes mellitus. Specifically: - Diabetes mellitus including complications. - Dyslipidemia, hyperlipidemia. - Eating disorders - obesity, malnutrition. - Disorders of the internal environment. Exercise - Role of the nurse in endoscopic methods, GIT examination : preparation of P/C for selected GIT endoscopic procedures, assistance, nursing care of clients after the procedure. Special procedures during endoscopy, biopsy, polypectomy, papillosphincteromy, sclerotization of esophageal varices. - Role of the nurse in special collections of biological material for GIT examination (e.g. liver biopsy). - Nursing interventions in P/K with GI diseases (gastroduodenal ulcer disease, esophageal varices, cholelithiasis, choledocholithiasis, pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver failure and hepatic encephalopathy), including patient education - Nursing interventions in P/K with enteritis, proctocolitis, idiopathic intestinal inflammation. Health education and patient education - Nursing interventions in P/K with diseases of the excretory system (cystitis, glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, acute renal failure), including patient education - Specific care and psychosocial aspects in dialysis patients - The nurse's role in the diagnosis of diseases of the internal environment - Nursing interventions in P/C for nutritional disorders - Diabetes mellitus, the role of the nurse in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Education of diabetic patients.
