Course content
Lectures Somatological-pathological introduction, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system. In particular: - Congenital and acquired defects of the heart and blood vessels, cardiac arrhythmias, treatment options - 2 hours. - Atherosclerosis - 1 hour. - CHD (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction), inflammatory heart disease - 2 hours. - Ischemic disease of the lower limbs - 2 hours. - Hypertensive diseases, hypotension, phlebothrombosis, thrombophlebitis, chronic venous insufficiency - 2 hours. - Venous thromboembolic disease and pulmonary embolism - 1 hour. - Heart failure - 1 hour. Somatological-pathological introduction, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the respiratory system. In particular: - Rhinitis, laryngitis, epiglottitis, tonsillitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, pleurisy - 2 hours. - Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchopulmonary respiratory insufficiency - 2 hours. - Bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis - 2 hours. - Somatological-pathological introduction, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. In particular: - Degenerative diseases of the joints and spine (osteoarthritis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, osteomalacia, discopathy) - 2 hours. - Inflammatory diseases of the joints, spine and bone marrow (osteomyelitis, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylarthritis) - 2 hours. Class Practice - Characteristics of the internal department - 1 hour. - The role of the nurse in the physical examination of an adult patient and child (preparation of aids, environment, documentation, preparation and education of the patient, assistance) - 1 hour. - The role of the nurse in Holter monitoring, ECG (patient preparation, recording) - 2 hours. - Specifics of the nursing process in patients with cardiovascular disease (ischemic heart disease, hypertension, venous thromboembolic disease and pulmonary embolism), including patient education - 3 hours. - The role of the nurse in the functional examination of the lungs - preparation and education of the patient - 2 hours. - Specifics of the nursing process in patients with respiratory diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis), including patient education - 2 hours. - Specifics of the nursing process in patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system (degenerative and inflammatory diseases of the joints and spine, as well as inflammatory diseases of the bone marrow), including education of patients - 3 hours.
