Seminars - Health, illness, prevention, causes, course, symptoms and stages of illness - 1 hour - Clinical examination of the patient (medical history, basic medical documentation, subjective and objective symptoms of the disease) - 2 hours - Physical examination of an adult and a child by a nurse, including preparation and education of the patient - 1 hour - Laboratory examination methods including OSH, preparation and education of the patient - 2 hours - Selected examination methods including adult and child preparation (X-ray, contrast, CT, nuclear medicine, nuclear magnetic resonance, radionuclide examination methods). The role of nurse in x-ray examination methods and in nuclear medicine - 2 hours - Telemedicine, ultrasound examination. Preparation of the patient, education, assistance during the procedure - 1 hour - Functional examination (spirometry, ergometry, HUT ...), nurse's role, client preparation, education - 1 hour - Endoscopic examination methods. Esophagus-gastro-duodenoscopy, rectoscopy, sigmoideoscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, bronchoscopy. Laparoscopy. The role of nurse in endoscopies, client preparation, assistance, care after surgery. Specialties in examination of children and mentally handicapped clients - 1 hour - Special endoscopy (ERCP, polypectomy, papillosphincterotomy, endoscopic bleeding). Preparation of patients, education, assistance in surgery, care of the patient after surgery - 1 hour - The work of a nurse in a research workplace - environment preparation, patient care, device care, documentation management. Biopsy. Preparation and education of the patient - 1 hour - EEG, EMG, ECG (patient preparation, recording and indicative curve evaluation), Holter monitoring. Application to nursing process in selected diseases - 1 hour Class practice - The role of nurses in the history, monitoring of subjective and objective symptoms - 1 hour - Role of nurse in physical examination of adult patient, child (preparation of aids, environment, documentation, preparation and education of the patient, assistance) - 1 hour - The role of the nurse in special examination methods (patient / client preparation, patient monitoring during examination, patient care after surgery, communication with the patient and his / her relatives before, during and after surgery, education of the patient, basic maintenance) - 1 hour - Role of nurse in EEG, EMG, Holter monitoring, ECG (patient preparation, recording) - 2 hours - Role of nurse in functional examination of lungs, functional tests of kidneys, endocrine glands and digestive tract - role of nurse, preparation and education of client - 1 hour - The role of nurses in X-ray examination methods - native, contrast (preparation of patients, education, special nursing care after contrast methods - irigography, angiography, coronarography, CT) - 1 hour - Role of nurse in radionuclide examination methods, NMR - education of clients, preparation for examination, peculiarities in children and pregnant women - 1 hour - Role of nurse in endoscopic methods - types of individual endoscopic examinations and therapeutic methods - 2 hours - Special procedures in endoscopies - biopsy, polypectomy, papillosphincteromy, sclerotization of esophageal varices - 1 hour - Preparation of environment and aids for endoscopy. Preparation of children and adult clients for endoscopic examination methods, assistance, nursing care of clients after surgery, care of instruments and instrumentation - 2 hours - The role of the nurse in special sampling of biological material (liver biopsy, punctate, etc.), communication with the patient, handling the collected material - 1 hour. - Part of the exercise is an excursion to selected workplaces.
