Course content
Course contents - Meaning of mental hygiene, definition of mental health, general assumptions of mental balance. - Self-knowledge and self-education, methods of self-knowledge. - Stress as a risk factor threatening mental balance and its manifestations. - Causes and consequences of stress. - Acute and chronic stress management. - Diet in terms of mental hygiene. - Methods of imaginative psychotherapy. - Hypnotic and autohypnotic methods. - Daily routine, time management, sleep and rest - Methods of meditation. - Relaxation methods.
