Physiological pregnancy: - An overviw of an important anatomy for clinical Obstetrics - 3 hour - Fertilization, nidation, development of the embryo and fetus - 2 hour - Structure and function of the placenta and umbilical cord, embrionic membranes, amniotic fluid - 2 hour - Changes of maternal organism during pregnancy - 3 hour Physiological labour, stages of labour: - Admission of the pregnant women to the hospital - 2 hour - Position of the fetus inside of uterus, obstetric history, obstetric investigation - 4 hour - Definition of the labour, observation and leading of the labour, mechanism of labour - 4 hour - The first nursing care of newborn, Apgar score - 3 hour Physiological puerperium: - Changes of maternal organism during puerperium - 2 hour - Lactation - 3 hour
