Course content
Seminars - Introduction to the issue - communication and presentation skills. - Basics of professional rhetoric - structure and style, clarity of message. - Basics of professional rhetoric - rhetorical dexterity and work with the voice, facial expressions and gestures, first impression, rhetorical errors and distracting elements. - Principles of preparing for a lecture - improving individual preparation methods, managing stage fright. - Managing challenging situations with the audience/topic. - Using visualization tools - principles of visualization and practical tips for using visualization tools. - Moderation of discussion and methods of recording ideas. Active listening - rules of active listening, basic methods for active listening. Exercises - Own presentation. - Own evaluation and evaluation in a group.
