Course content
Seminars - Deepening/visualization of the anatomy of the vascular system to ensure venous access. - Properties of drugs for parenteral administration. - Distinguishing between venous accessesshort-term, medium-term, long-termand their use, methods and control of insertion, treatment, and care. - Indications for Midline, PICC, and port system insertion. - Complications in venous access - technical, septic, paravascular, thrombosis. - Total parenteral nutrition into medium-term/long-term venous access.
