Social services - principles, range of authorized persons, scope, care contribution, types and forms of social services, care contribution. Issues of old age and ageing, security in old age - retirement pension, care allowance, social services for the elderly. Characteristics of family policy. Retirement Policy. Characteristics and significance of the health policy of the state. Employment Policy. Education policy. Housing policy. Social policy of the European Union. Current issues of social policy. Definition of basic demographic concepts. Sources of demographic data. Basic demographic structure of the population. Issues of poverty and social exclusion.
