Course content
- Definition of health. Determinants of health. - European strategy on health care. - Creation and methodology of projects with an emphasis on health education projects - Preventive care (primary, secondary and tertiary prevention) and health education. - Lifestyle-problems and risks - Basics of working with a client - interaction with clients and clients education, opportunities for achieving of behavioral changes and support for these changes, a clients willingness to cooperate and the possibilities of its increase - Methods of health education and their use. - Nutrition of individuals with a selected sports focus
