- Current views on the work process and their psychological characteristics. - Personality in the work environment. - Personality and activities of a manager. - Emotional intelligence as a basis for working with people. - Leadership and exercise of power by a manager. - Employee ratings. - Socio-psychological aspects of the work team, the specifics of the teaching staff at primary school. - Work motivation and its specifics in the teaching profession. - Job satisfaction and its specifics in the teaching profession. - Basics of coaching. - Teambuilding as a style of working with people. - Stress in the work environment. - The process of change in the work environment. - Psychological aspects of staff selection - basics of human resources.
