Course content
- Terminological definition of basic terms in connection with physical, physical education activities. - Physical education activities and their importance for children of younger school age. - Anchoring of physical education activities in the FEP BE. - Teacher preparation for physical education activity. - Forms of physical education activities in the environment of the 1st stage of primary school. - Modern physical education activities for 1st stage of primary school children and their inclusion in practice. - Physical education activities, taking place outside PE lessons at the 1st stage of primary school. - Practical use of elements of aerobics, zumba. - Principles of creating a movement composition. - Recording a movement composition. - Practical use of various forms of gymnastics and aerobics in fitness training of children and youth. - Introduction to current projects promoting movement and health. - Creation of a protocol of physical education activities for children of younger school age. - Realization of the protocol in exercises with the involvement of other students.
