Course content
- Music-movement education in educational work at the primary school level. - Traditions and folklore of the region and their role in the personality development of a child of younger school age. - Correct posture and posture. - Preparatory and health exercises. - Working with energy points. - Movement and dance training. - Walking, running, dancing steps. - Experience on the move. - Dance as a means of expressing feelings and experiences. - Types of dances. Definition, characteristics and features. - Methodology of teaching folk dances. - Methodology of basics of ballroom dances. - Basics of choreography. - Methodical processing and rehearsal of a dance programme in a simple choreography.
