- Founders of schools and school facilities in the Czech Republic. - Legislation on education financing in the Czech Republic. - Basic concepts of management, specifics of financial management of the school. - Financing of regional education. - Establishment, changes and abolition of schools and school facilities. - Human resources, wage regulations, wage agenda. - Basic concepts in accounting in primary school. - Planning, management and control of financing in primary schools. Structure of the draft budget. - Internal regulations, guidelines and school documentation in the field of school financial management. - Fundraising and its use in primary school management. School communication with the public, school marketing. - Use of extra-budgetary sources of primary school financing (additional school activities, funds). - Subsidies, international projects, development programs and their use in primary schools. - Project and project management (planning, goals, processing, implementation, control and evaluation of the project). - The role of the project team, teamwork and team roles in project preparation.
