- Definition of basic terms and relationships: language teaching, language acquisition, first, second and foreign languages. - Foreign language teaching theories. - Methods and approaches in foreign language teaching. - Lingvodidactics. - Objectives of acquiring English as a foreign language in younger school age. - Characteristics and needs of children of younger school age from the point of view of language didactics. - Practicing language skills. - Development of listening. - Development of speaking. - Development of the child's vocabulary. - Practicing correct pronunciation. - Practice writing in English. - Practice reading in English.
