Course content
- The concept of the curriculum. - Changes in the paradigm of curricular discourse. - Curriculum modeling. - Curriculum dimensions. - Philosophical questions in the elementary school curriculum. - Analysis of the primary education curriculum in the current Czech school. - Curriculum in documents - analysis. - Curriculum research. - Pupil and curriculum, pupil's concept of curriculum. - Teacher and curriculum. - Analysis of the concept of curriculum from an international perspective. Comparison of curricular strategies in EU countries. - International PISA and TIMS surveys. Why compare internationally? - History and mission of the European Schools. - School and elementary school graduate.
